Privacy

What this site stores, and what it does not.

Skins you download

Downloading a skin is an ordinary file request. No account, no sign-in, nothing recorded against you personally.

The editor

The editor runs entirely in your browser. Files you open in it are never sent to this server.

Views, ratings and comments

View counts and ratings are stored against a one-way hash of your IP address, so the same visitor is only counted once per day and can only rate a skin once. The address itself is not kept. A comment stores the name you typed and the same hash — do not put anything private in either field.

Advertising and analytics

Third-party advertising is served on this site and those providers set their own cookies. See the 9Minecraft privacy policy for the network-wide detail.
